Shipping

How can I know the status of my order?

We will send you an automated status of your order via email and/or SMS. Please check your spam folder occasionally. You are always welcome to contact the support team (support@ennaia.com) for a more updated status of your piece.

What is the delivery time for an order?

The delivery time is 45 business days as our products are manufactured once the order is placed. If we have products in stock, the delivery time is shorter and would depend directly on the carrier.

Is shipping included?

Standard shipping is free for most places within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

Do you deliver outside of the US?

No. We currently ship to the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. But we will be expanding to other countries soon.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

What happens if I don´t like my sculpture?

We offer a 100% Love your piece Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your sculpture, you can return it within the first 15 days of arrival and get a full refund. For more information, please contact us at support@ennaia.com, and let us know why you are not satisfied. We will work directly with you to facilitate the refund and return process.

What do I do if the sculpture that I received is not the one I ordered or if it arrives damaged?

We always make sure that your sculpture is in perfect condition and well-packaged before shipping. In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged piece, please contact us at support@ennaia.com and specify the problem. We will work directly with you to facilitate the exchange process.

Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

If you want to request a change to your order, please contact the support team at support@ennaia.com as soon as possible. We will determine whether the change is possible. Changes are dependent upon the specifics of the request and the status of the production process.

Handling, Care & Maintenance

Can I keep my sculpture outside?

Most of our pieces are made for indoor and outdoor environments. Make sure to check the product information for more specific details.

What kind of maintenance do Ennaia pieces require?

Each piece requires little maintenance, such as dusting occasionally and cleaning with a damp microfiber cloth. However, there are certain recommendations that would lengthen the life of your sculpture. For more information, please read the Handling Manual by scanning the QR code in the certificate of authenticity included with your sculpture.

Do I need special tools to install my sculpture?

No, you’ll only require basic tools, including a drill, screwdrivers, a hammer, and other essential tools. Specific materials are included in the package.

Do I need to hire a specialist for the installation?

Some people prefer to, but it is not necessary. The hanging system was designed to make the installation simple, fast and effortless. Note that it’s very important to carry out the installation by at least two people.

Pricing & Taxes

How are taxes calculated?

If any, sales taxes are calculated based on your address.

Are there other taxes or fees applied to the purchase?

No, there are no additional taxes or fees attached to the purchase of your sculpture.

Does the piece come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes! All our pieces include a stainless-steel personalized certificate.

How can I be sure that the piece will fit in the intended space?

Dimensions are specified for each piece. We recommend measuring the space and then comparing the measurements to the sculpture dimensions provided. We also have an augmented reality visualization feature on our website to help you picture the piece in your space.
